Campbell Bridge SC
Campbell Bridge SC was admitted to the Bar in July 1977 and appointed Senior Counsel in 1998. He has acted as counsel predominately in areas of professional negligence, common law, and public liability. His experience involves many jury trials, major inquests and as Counsel Assisting in a royal commission into the building industry.
He is an accredited mediator and arbitrator in Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia. He has acted as a mediator in hundreds of disputes over many years in Australia, Singapore and Indonesia in areas of medical and professional indemnity, insurance, mining, commercial, construction, common law and institutional abuse cases.
Campbell conducts mediations remotely if the parties wish. He has conducted many mediations wholly or partly remotely using AVL with participants throughout Australia as well as in Europe, Asia and North America.
