Laura Dawson

Laura is a barrister based in Brisbane who accepts briefs to appear in courts and tribunals in Queensland.  She studied at the Queensland University of Technology where she received a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and was called to the Bar in May 2022.

Prior to coming to the bar, Laura was associate to the Honourable Justice Burns and to the Honourable Chief Justice Holmes AC in the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Laura maintains a broad practice, appearing in civil, criminal and administrative matters, and for government agencies in inquiries.
